Instructions for Oral Presentations / ​口頭報告注意事項

  1. Check-in: Presenters should arrive at their assigned presentation room at least 15 minutes before the start of their session and check in with the on-site staff. If the preceding session is still in progress, please wait outside the room and complete check-in and equipment checks during the session break.報到時間：請發表者於所屬場次開始前至少15分鐘抵達指定教室，向現場工作人員完成報到。若前一場次仍在進行，請先於教室外等候，並於場次交替時完成報到及設備確認。​

  2. Presentation Time: Each paper is allocated 15 minutes, including 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers. Please manage your time carefully and follow the session chair’s instructions to keep the session on schedule.報告時間：每篇論文發表時間共計15分鐘，包含口頭報告12分鐘及問答3分鐘。請妥善掌握時間，並配合場次主持人之安排，以確保議程順利進行。

  3. Presentation Files: Please prepare your presentation files in advance and bring them on a USB flash drive. Each room is equipped with a computer and a projector, and presenters may use the provided computer for their presentations.簡報檔案：請自行準備簡報檔案，並以USB隨身碟攜帶至會場。各教室均提供電腦及投影設備，發表者可使用教室電腦進行簡報。

  4. Personal Laptops: Presenters who wish to use their own laptops may connect via HDMI. If your laptop requires an adapter, please bring the appropriate adapter.自備筆電：如需使用個人筆記型電腦進行報告，現場提供HDMI連接介面。若筆電需使用其他規格之轉接頭，請自行準備。

  5. Equipment Testing: Please test your presentation files and the projection equipment in advance without interrupting other sessions to avoid delays during your presentation.設備測試：請於不影響其他場次進行的情況下，提前完成簡報檔案及投影設備測試，以避免影響報告時間。
