Call For Papers / 徵稿資訊

• Authors must submit either a full-length paper (4-8 pages) or a 1-page extended abstract. All accepted submission formats require an oral presentation.
  請以完整論文或摘要形式擇一投稿，按照本年度公告之論文格式及摘要格式撰寫，中英文皆可，完整論文需為4-8頁，摘要勿超過1頁。所有投稿形式接受後皆須口頭發表。

• All papers must be submitted online in the PDF format by  September 6, 2026 and subjected to review. There are 3 types of submissions: Full Paper, Adams Award Full Paper, or Abstract. Please do not set any security password to the PDF.
  請於2025年9月6日前，將完整論文或與一頁摘要之稿件（PDF檔），上傳至投稿系統，並選擇Full Paper、Adams Award Full Paper、或Abstract形式。上傳之稿件請勿設定保全密碼。

• The format will follow the conference template available on the conference website.

• Adams Award Full Paper has the same format as the Full Paper.
  Adams論文之格式與完整論文相同。

• Paper number can be empty when you submit the paper. After submission, a paper number will be given. You can then update it in the paper and resubmit to the system.
  投稿編號可先空白不填，待您操作系統投稿後，您即可得到您的投稿編號，屆時煩請您再次更新已填寫正確論文編號的檔案。

• Authors can make any changes to author information or re-editing the paper before the submission deadline.
  在投稿截止日前，皆可更改任何作者資料或重新編輯論文。

• Upon acceptance of the submission, registration must be completed by the payment deadline for publication.
  投稿接受後，須於繳費截止日前完成註冊方予刊登，繳費細節請參考報名繳費頁面。

• Please ensure to upload both the paper and the signed 'Conference Paper Copyright Agreement' simultaneously in the submission system. Only papers accompanied by this authorization agreement will be considered formally submitted and will proceed to the review process.
  請務必在投稿系統同時上傳論文與經簽署的「研討會論文授權同意書」。只有搭配此授權書的論文才會被視為正式完成投稿，並開始進入評審程序。​
